My goal is to help sleep deprived parents. Why did I choose the path to become a certified sleep consultant? This is my story:
The most joyous event of my life, the birth of my son was followed almost immediately with a lot of learning on feeding and sleeping patterns. I had done a fair bit of reading, but nothing had prepared me for the continuous lack of sleep and the indecisiveness I felt as I attempted to get my son to sleep. As excited as I was to spend time with my baby, I also realized I spent a majority of the day ‘recovering’ from the lack of sleep. My husband and parents were a huge help, but the post-partum healing period, learning to breastfeed, etc. along with the challenges to sleep made the first few months arduous.
In desperation, I read book after book during my feeding sessions to learn what I could to do improve my son’s sleep. I began following sleep consultants on Instagram and started to understand the various nuances of baby sleep. As I began to learn more, I noticed this was not as uncommon as I had originally understood. Friends who had babies around the same time as I, complained about the lack of sleep as well. I slowly started trouble shooting their problems for them from the knowledge I had gathered from the books. I was pleasantly surprised when some of my suggestions worked for them.
Additionally, my son settled down into a predictable sleep schedule. I realized, with time, that helping moms and learning all I could about baby sleep was something I thoroughly enjoyed and would like to do it more often. I set out to complete my certification at the Institute of Pediatric Sleep and Parenting (IPSP)
As a baby and toddler sleep coach, I want to equip mamas (and dadas) with the tools to enjoy their baby and get the rest that they and their family deserve.
I am trained to support families with children from newborns to 4 years old.
My services include helping families create healthy sleep habits with an age appropriate schedule and gentle sleep training methods.
I can also help your child fall asleep easily, lengthening nap strategies, transitioning to toddler beds, weaning from sleep props, decreasing those bedtime struggles. And, so much more!

My sincere request is that you read my terms and conditions carefully. This will give you an extra layer of what to expect during the process of engaging with me, and I want there to be no surprises for you before we go forward.
Once you have selected the package, you will be routed to a payment gateway. Once payment has been completed, an email will be sent with the link to the Baby Sleep Assessment form.
Once you have selected the package and completed the payment, you will receive an email with a link to a client intake form. This form gives me all the information I need to get started on your personliazed sleep plan.
Once I receive your information from the intake form, I will turn around a sleep plan in 2-3 business days which will be sent to you over email. You will also receive a complimentary sleep log, which you can use to track your little one's sleep long after our consult has ended.
We will schedule a 60 minute call to walkthrough your sleep plan, answer any questions you may have and get to work laying to path to getting your family the rest they deserve.
Your 1:1 support will start the day after your consult call, which ideally is the day you start implementing the steps of the sleep plan
Together, we will look at each piece of the puzzle to put together the big picture of your family's sleep goals.
